A Fashion Retailer in US having own and offshore factories in various part of the world was facing challenges when it has to bring the product to market faster than ever before. The PO was sent to the factories by email attachment and all the style related information were attachments of another email. It was hard to track what was sent to the factory for a particular PO. When something goes wrong in the production, there were a lot of pointing fingers and not having enough information to resolve issues and having everyone on the same page.

With Zukku, the change is apparent. The PO was sent to the Supplier through the portal. The Factory/Supplier receives it in their portal, views and acknowledges it to confirm the receipt. The confirmation is received immediately by the Fashion retailer and tracking of the PO begins thereafter. Since the PO is attached with all the information to begin the production, the Factory is able to take all the Style related information, images, size charts, measurement charts, label information and packing details from it and starts the production without any additional communication.

If an issue arises from the production floor, the factory user immediately creates an issue and assigns it to a user at the fashion retailer to resolve. The user at fashion retailer notified of that issue immediately by email or internal system message, so he/she can act on it to resolve it as early as possible to resume the production.
